This Privacy Policy explains how Screenwriter601 Story Studio, LLC ("Screenwriter601 Story Studio," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the website screenwriter601.com (the "Site").

We are a remote creative studio publicly associated with Pensacola, Florida. We do not operate a public storefront or office there. You can reach us at any time about privacy questions through the inquiry form at https://screenwriter601.com/story/contact.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers the Site and the inquiry form published on it. It does not cover independent third-party websites, social platforms, or the founder's personal site WillieGrady.com, each of which is governed by its own policies.

The Site does not sell products, collect payments, host public user accounts, offer a newsletter signup, run an advertising network, conduct behavioral advertising, or use a separately configured analytics provider.

2. Information you give us

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the information you choose to provide:

  • Your name
  • Your work email address
  • Your company or brand name
  • Your industry
  • Your indicated budget range
  • Your indicated timeline
  • Your project description or message
  • The services you select as being of interest
  • The site language you were using when you submitted
  • The submission source (which page or surface the inquiry came from)

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site and the infrastructure that serves it generate technical and server logs. These can include IP address, browser and device characteristics, referring pages, requested URLs, timestamps, and error diagnostics.

This information is generated for delivery, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

4. Cookies and local storage

The Site uses browser storage only for essential preferences and basic operation — most notably remembering the language you selected so the Site continues to display in that language on your next visit.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral advertising trackers. You can clear browser storage at any time through your browser settings; doing so simply resets your language preference.

5. Why we collect information and how we use it

We do not use your inquiry information to build advertising audiences, and we do not add you to any marketing list on the basis of a form submission alone.

  • To read, evaluate, and respond to your inquiry
  • To prepare a proposal, scope, or quote when you ask for one
  • To communicate with you about a potential or active engagement
  • To operate, secure, and maintain the Site
  • To keep an internal record of inquiries we have received
  • To comply with legal obligations and to protect our legal rights

6. Where submissions are stored and sent

Inquiry submissions are stored in a protected database record managed through our application-backend provider, under access controls that restrict reading of stored inquiries to authorized studio use.

In addition, we send a best-effort notification of the submission through the third-party form-notification service Formspree so that the studio is alerted promptly by email. If that notification fails, the stored record still exists.

Hosting and application infrastructure for the Site is provided through Lovable and Cloudflare. These providers process information on our behalf in order to deliver and secure the Site.

7. Disclosure to service providers and legal authorities

We disclose information to the service providers described above strictly so they can perform their function for us — hosting, storage, delivery, security, and inquiry notification.

We may also disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with applicable law, a lawful request from a government authority or court, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.

8. No sale of personal information; no targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not conduct targeted advertising based on information collected through the Site.

9. Retention

We keep inquiry records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy — responding to your inquiry, maintaining a record of business communications, and meeting legal or record-keeping needs. When a record is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete it or allow it to be deleted in the ordinary course.

10. Security

We use access controls and reputable service providers to protect the information we hold. However, no website, database, transmission method, or email system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information — such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, or health information — through the inquiry form.

11. International access

The studio operates from the United States and works with clients worldwide. If you access the Site or submit an inquiry from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate, under laws that may differ from those of your own jurisdiction.

12. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us through the inquiry form at https://screenwriter601.com/story/contact and we will delete it.

13. Your privacy requests

You may ask us to confirm what inquiry information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Submit a request through the inquiry form at https://screenwriter601.com/story/contact using the email address you used, and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may retain information where we are permitted or required to do so.

To the extent applicable, residents of Florida and of other states, countries, or regions with privacy laws that apply to us may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, or appeal. We honor applicable rights to the extent the relevant law applies to our activities, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

14. External links

The Site links to external destinations that may include WillieGrady.com, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Once you follow a link, the destination's own privacy practices apply, and we are not responsible for them.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. When we do, we will revise the effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here rather than communicated individually.
