These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of screenwriter601.com (the "Site"), operated by Screenwriter601 Story Studio, LLC ("Screenwriter601 Story Studio," "we," "us").
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site is an informational and inquiry surface for a creative house made up of Screenwriter601 Story Studio and its Publishing and Films divisions. It presents positioning, service descriptions, selected work, editorial writing, and a way to contact us.
The Site does not sell anything, take payments, host user accounts, or deliver services on its own. Content on the Site is provided for general information and is not professional, legal, financial, or business advice.
2. Engagements require a separate agreement
Nothing on the Site — including service descriptions, packages, indicative pricing, timelines, or an acknowledgment of your inquiry — constitutes an offer capable of acceptance or creates a client relationship.
Any engagement begins only when we and the client sign a separate written agreement describing scope, deliverables, fees, and timing. In case of conflict between the Site and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
3. Pricing and availability of information
Any figures, ranges, packages, or timelines shown on the Site are indicative starting points for discussion and may change without notice. Availability of the studio, of any division, and of any described service may also change.
4. Permitted use
You may view, share, and reference the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, republish, or resell substantial portions of the Site's content as your own
- Use the Site or its content to train, fine-tune, or benchmark commercial models without our written permission
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or contact details
- Submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or spam inquiries
- Interfere with, probe, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure
- Use the Site to violate any applicable law or the rights of any person
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, editorial articles, layout, design system, typography treatment, photography, artwork, logos, and marks — are owned by Screenwriter601 Story Studio, LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Except for the permitted use described above, no license is granted to you. You may quote a short excerpt of an editorial article with clear attribution and a link back to the Site.
6. Portfolio and editorial pieces
Work presented on the Site may include concept, demonstration, or editorial pieces created to illustrate craft and approach. Where a piece is labeled as a concept or editorial piece, it is exactly that, and it should not be read as a claim of a client engagement, endorsement, or commissioned campaign.
Third-party names, brands, or marks that appear anywhere on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply partnership or endorsement unless we state so expressly.
7. Inquiry submissions
When you submit the inquiry form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it, including any company details.
You grant us permission to read, store, and internally use your submission for the purpose of evaluating and responding to it, and to operate our business records. Handling of submitted information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive material through the form. Submissions are not treated as confidential unless and until we sign a separate confidentiality agreement with you. Do not send ideas you expect to be kept secret or compensated for absent such an agreement.
8. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee any specific business, marketing, audience, revenue, publication, distribution, ranking, or engagement outcome, whether from the information on the Site or from any future engagement. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Third-party links and services
The Site links to external destinations and relies on third-party providers for hosting, storage, and inquiry notification. We do not control third-party sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we provide it on an as-is basis. The Site may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed at any time, and content may be updated, corrected, or removed without notice.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Screenwriter601 Story Studio, LLC and its members, officers, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Screenwriter601 Story Studio, LLC and its members, officers, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
15. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Site changes. Updates take effect when posted, and we will revise the effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
